Each day brings variety as you coordinate patient flow, respond to acute presentations, guide clinical decisionmaking, and ensure our nursing and HCA teams are well supported throughout their shift.Youll be a key point of clinical leadership on the floor - working collaboratively with the Clinical Nurse Manager and wider multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care, support quality improvement activity, and ensure patients and whānau experience a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive service.
