Youll manage a varied caseload, delivering individualised nutritional assessments and interventions that support recovery, wellbeing, and long-term health outcomes.This role is part of the Engage Community Allied Health Service and offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and support equity-focused care. The team is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the community, with strong connections to specialist services, Māori health teams, and other allied health professionals.
