About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Hire to Retire (H2R) Process Specialist to play a key role in shaping, optimising and governing our end‑to‑end HR processes. In this role, you will support the Global Process Owner to uphold process design, improve operational performance, and ensure consistent, efficient delivery across the full employee lifecycle.

You will serve as a subject matter expert for the H2R process, partnering with Business Services, HR, Technology teams, and wider stakeholders to analyse process performance, identify improvements, and embed best‑practice methodologies.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys complex problem‑solving, process design, and driving meaningful process transformation—particularly within modern HR ecosystems using SAP SuccessFactors and Signavio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and uphold design and governance of the end‑to‑end H2R process, ensuring alignment across all sub‑processes.
  • Analyse process effectiveness and efficiency; develop recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and coordinate process improvement activities in partnership with Delivery Leads and HR stakeholders.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and embed best‑practice process methodologies.
  • Translate business requirements and ensure alignment with ERP design principles.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials and process documentation.
  • Support major issue resolution and collaborate with relevant teams to address process performance challenges.
  • Benchmark externally to identify leading practices, tools and approaches.
  • Ensure benefits realisation and support Business Services continuous improvement and year‑on‑year savings targets.
  • Collaborate with Tech & Data teams to ensure system/process alignment—particularly within SuccessFactors.
  • Use Signavio and/or other process modelling tools to document, assess and optimise processes.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in Hire to Retire / HR Operations process design and optimisation.
  • Demonstrated experience working in complex, matrixed Business Services or Shared Services environments.
  • Proven ability to analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement meaningful change.
  • Strong knowledge of process modelling methodologies with hands‑on experience using Signavio, ARIS, Visio or similar tools.
  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central or wider H2R modules).
  • Excellent requirements‑gathering, documentation and analytical skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex process issues.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting ERP‑related change programs.
  • Exposure to cross‑functional process dependencies beyond H2R.
  • Knowledge of organisational policies, information governance and compliance considerations.
