A leading recovery service provider in Brixton is hiring a Recovery Worker to support individuals seeking treatment for substance use. This role requires assessing clients, developing care plans, and managing caseloads within a collaborative team. Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing a complex caseload in a multi-agency environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with other agencies.
  • Knowledge of care planning and relapse prevention activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and engage service users into treatment and community support.
  • Complete assessments and collaboratively develop care plans.
  • Manage a caseload of clients under care while they remain in treatment.

Skills

Knowledge of recovery
Group facilitation experience
Good communication skills
Organizational skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Understanding of the custodial system
