Job summary

A food manufacturing company in Dunstable is seeking a proactive Quality Manager for a night shift position. You will ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards while managing QA, QC, and Hygiene activities. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in food manufacturing quality management and a strong grasp of HACCP and food law. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, and bakery experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing Quality in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC, retailer standards and food law.
• Confident leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead food safety and quality standards in line with BRC and retailer requirements.
• Manage QA, QC and Hygiene activities, ensuring strong processes.
• Oversee product, raw material and environmental testing.
