Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar hygiene leadership role within food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, cleaning chemicals, COSHH, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, and technical teams.
• Experience in audit preparation and customer-facing hygiene documentation.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Can work 4 on 4 off nights & days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Hygiene Team during your shift, ensuring the completion of hygiene schedules.
• Maintain and improve hygiene, safety, environmental, and quality standards across the site.
• Support Engineering and Production in setup and maintenance routines.
• Review and improve hygiene practices in line with requirements.
• Train and develop Hygiene Team Members.
• Manage audit preparation and responses.
