• Working at a Senior Quantity Surveyor level or as a Project Quantity Surveyor.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, particularly the JCT & NEC Forms of Contract.

Responsibilities

• Leading all commercial aspects of the project.
• Preparing and negotiating costs for budgets.
• Monitoring contract progress against agreed programmes.
• Liaising with customers and third parties on commercial matters.
