Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working as a Quantity Surveyor with good working knowledge of construction processes.
• Experience of having worked on a variety of contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC contracts).
• Valid UK driving Licence and CSCS card are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost control and contract administration for construction schemes.
• Monitor and update project costs against financial forecasts.
• Manage subcontractor procurement from inception to completion.
• Prepare external valuations in alignment with contract requirements.
