Job summary

A leading remote services provider is seeking a GTM Onboarding & Enablement Program Manager to lead the delivery of onboarding programs for global hires. You will create and facilitate live training sessions, develop e-learning content, and engage diverse audiences. The ideal candidate has a background in sales enablement within a SaaS environment and is comfortable using AI tools for training. This remote role emphasizes flexibility and requires collaboration across various global regions, with a strong preference for candidates able to work from the London HQ multiple days weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in GTM onboarding, sales enablement, L&D, or sales within a SaaS environment.
• Experience delivering training across remote, distributed, and multicultural teams.
• Comfortable operating across global time zones with a sustainable, async-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Run engaging onboarding cohorts every two weeks for Global GTM hires.
• Create high-quality presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and async content.
• Implement and continuously refine the international onboarding journey.
