Qualifications

• Experience in building controls industry and understanding of mechanical plant.
• Must hold a full driving license.
• Trend engineer training and MOD DV High Level Security Clearance eligibility for static role.

Responsibilities

• Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems.
• Carry out small repairs & remedial works.
• Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment.
• Respond to customer service calls during system failures.
• Document service activities.

Skills

Familiarity with Trend & IQ Vision

Experience with Siemens, Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure

Proven diagnostic skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and in teams

PC literate
