Qualifications

• Experience in the building controls industry required.
• Understanding of mechanical plants is essential.

Responsibilities

• Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics.

• Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment.
• Respond to customer service calls during system failures.
• Document all service activities and client interactions.
