Job description

This role plays a key part in supporting staff across the firm’s IT services, delivering a high-quality, end-to-end IT support experience. You will manage software and hardware incidents and service requests, with responsibilities including phone, remote, email, and on-site support, along with project involvement as needed. By understanding the IT needs of the local business, you will ensure issues are resolved efficiently and consistently, following defined escalation procedures to uphold service excellence.

Main Responsibilities

• User support and liaison with IT Service Desks in other offices
• Management/support of internal hardware
• Assist in the onboarding and off-boarding process
• Accurate ticket logging of all IT incidents and service requests
• Troubleshooting

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in an IT support role
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer service focus
• Able to work effectively alone and within your team or project
• Exposure to Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Windows Servers
• Flexibility: may occasionally be required to work evenings and weekends
