• Experience in Court of Protection Deprivation of Liberty applications.
• Experience in Children law and Mental capacity issues.
• Ability to provide clear legal advice on complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and representation in children legal matters.
• Progress deprivation of liberty applications in the National DoL List Court.
• Manage legal queries from the Children and Young People Services Directorate.
