The RCM is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join the diverse Estates & Facilities team at the College. The post‑holder will provide fluid and efficient supervision of a range of Facilities, Front of House and Customer Service operations and relevant teams. The successful candidate will be capable of supporting every facet of the Estates department with day‑to‑day operations, including serving as building Duty Manager for the campus. The Operations Supervisor will respond to all emergencies in a professional, competent manner, ensuring the general security and safety of the College and its users.
