I’m currently working with a growing digital agency that’s doing genuinely good work, the kind people actually enjoy delivering. They’re now looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to step in and take ownership of complex digital projects across Shopify, Strapi and wider web applications.

The Role

You’ll own projects end to end, from early discovery and scoping, right through to launch and post launch optimisation. You’ll be the calm, experienced head that keeps delivery running smoothly, budgets in check, and teams aligned.

As a senior member of the delivery team, you’ll also play a big part in improving ways of working, supporting other project managers, and helping the agency scale without losing quality.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the full delivery of complex digital projects and programmes
• Acting as the senior point of contact for clients, building trust, setting expectations and leading conversations
• Running discovery, scoping, estimates, timelines and statements of work
• Managing detailed project plans, budgets, resourcing, risks and roadmaps
• Overseeing delivery across design, development, content, QA and third party partners
• Leading planning sessions, stand ups, milestone reviews and retrospectives using Jira
• Proactively managing risks, dependencies and scope changes with a clear eye on commercial impact
• Ensuring strong QA and UAT processes are followed through to sign off
• Owning project financials, budgets, forecasting and margin
• Supporting smooth handovers into retainers, support or optimisation phases
• Mentoring mid weight and junior project managers
• Helping improve delivery processes, templates and standards across the agency

Who they’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in digital project management, side or similar
• Proven delivery of complex websites, ecommerce and web applications
• Strong Shopify delivery experience and understanding of modern ecommerce builds
• Confident, advanced user of Jira
• Solid grounding in waterfall delivery, with practical agile experience
• Excellent client facing skills, comfortable leading senior stakeholder conversations
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and profitability
• Good understanding of UX, UI, development workflows and technical constraints
• Comfortable leading cross functional teams and external partners
