Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain manufacturing equipment including Dispensing Systems and Autoclaves.
• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Report directly to the Engineering Manager.

Check out our Pharmaceutical Maintenance Technician role!A manufacturer of specialist Pharmaceuticals are currently seeking a Technician to join the team at their site in Guildford. You will be part of a small team reporting directly to the Engineering Manager and assisting with the maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery on site.RoleOverview

• Permanent,FullTime.
• Standard hours Mon-Fri 7 AM-3 PM. On call required on a rota (plant operational 7 days per week), OT rate for additional hours.
• Predominantly Mechanical (some minor Electrical) Maintenance of manufacturing equipment including: Dispensing Systems, Decontamination/Sterilisation Systems, Autoclaves and Cyclotron. Additional responsibility for other site equipment, such as HVAC.

Requirements

• Educated to Degree level or equivalent in relevant discipline or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. (Or equivalent practical working experience).
• Prior experience of completing maintenance of manufacturing equipment in a GMP-compliant Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
• Experience of working with Cyclotrons is Highly Advantageous but not essential.
