Qualifications

  • Experience in managing teams in a service-driven industry.
  • Strong sales background with experience in driving growth initiatives.
  • Ability to support process transformation and implementing change.
  • Experience in marketing campaign management is advantageous.
  • UK Driving Licence and at least 5 years of CRM experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth of customer base to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage specialist Service Agreement sellers.
  • Develop processes for the conversion to Carrier maintenance contracts.
  • Ensure customer profiling is carried out for accurate contact planning.
  • Deploy strategies to enhance customer engagement.
