The firm provides legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, sales, and investments and is led by a Managing Director and Legal Director with a combined c.40 years Corporate Law experience within reputable top 50 law firms.
The K3 Law team continues to expand and following an outstanding performance in 2025 is handling more Mid-market M&A transaction work than ever before. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Paralegal to join the K3 Law team and work on a wide range of lower / mid-market Corporate Transactions (sellside, buyside, capital markets and PE fundraise.)
