The Opportunity

Due to the ongoing growth of LegalVision, we’re looking for a 3-5 PQE lawyer to join our high performing Corporate team in a newly created role.

We act for an incredibly diverse client base, from start-ups and SMEs to household-name corporates, helping them with a broad range of work, including the sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements, capital raising, share buy-backs, business structuring, loans, and corporate governance.

This position is ideal for a Senior Associate level lawyer with a capital raising and M&A specialisation and broad corporate law expertise. You should have experience in managing workflows and transactions in a fast paced, high volume environment, and effectively communicating directly with clients.

Our headquarters are in Manchester, but we\'re happy to consider remote work arrangements, including from London, for the right person.

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 3 years of hands-on corporate law experience as a qualified lawyer in a reputable law firm or organisation, with a specific focus on capital raising and M&A
• Excited to act for a diverse client base, from start-ups and SMEs to larger corporates
• Strong track record of managing transactions end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing workflows and deadlines efficiently
• Confident in direct client engagement, including providing practical, commercial advice.
• Confident in direct client engagement, including building trusted client relationships.
• Confident in direct client engagement, including explaining complex legal issues clearly and pragmatically.
• Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and aligned with a modern, growth-driven legal services model
• Experience supervising juniors and working collaboratively within a high-performing team
