PepsiCo is looking for a Talent Management Associate Manager to join our UK HR Team, based at our new head office in One Station Hill, Reading. The role is accountable for the implementation and execution of the Operating Unit talent management agenda, deploying standardized processes and initiatives, as outputted by the Talent Management Chapters. The role will collaborate with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to ensure effective talent processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, and capability development, aligned with Operating Unit priorities. In addition, the role acts as a contributor and thought partner in the Talent Management Chapter to ensure strategic thinking and design of activity within that chapter will be consistent across international markets while also meeting specific Operating Unit and region needs.
