Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a fast‑paced Service Desk environment.
  • Experience supporting Windows and Apple operating systems.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Teams, and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support for over 6,000 Fitch Group users globally.
  • Respond to and resolve requests within specified time frames.
  • Efficient user onboarding and offboarding.
