Job summary

A leading real estate consultancy is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their New Homes team in Greater London. This role demands a property professional with a strong understanding of the new-build market and exceptional client-facing skills. The successful candidate will manage the pre-sales process, guide buyers through their journey, and build relationships with developers and stakeholders. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in New Homes or equivalent residential sales. Competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in New Homes or 3+ years in Residential Sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the pre-sales process from client deposit to contract.
  • Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Guide each purchaser through the sales process.
