Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on, end-to-end event management experience.
• Strong track record delivering international events.
• Confident user of Cvent for event logistics.
• Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in remote team environments.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a wide range of corporate events.
• Manage event timelines, logistics, venues, budgets, and suppliers.
• Lead on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.
• Be the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Collect and analyse attendee data for future improvements.
