A primary education institution in Thundersley seeks an experienced Inclusion Lead to oversee SEND and ensure high-quality inclusive practices. We are seeking a skilled, approachable and committed Inclusion Lead to fulfil the statutory SENCO role and support high-quality inclusive practice across the school. This is a full-time post with the time and support needed to make a real difference for children and families.
Working alongside the Headteacher and senior leaders, the Inclusion Lead will coordinate SEND and inclusion practice, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met with rigour and that inclusive practice is embedded in everyday classroom life.
