Job summary

A charitable organization in the UK is seeking a highly skilled Focal Ministry, Recruitment & Training Administrator to join their team in Hove. This exciting role involves providing administrative support to the Focal Ministry Officer, coordinating training pathways, and assisting with recruitment processes while ensuring compliance with Safer Recruitment standards. The position offers a salary of £27,066 per annum, flexible working arrangements, and enrolment into the Diocesan Pension Scheme. A strong background in administration and familiarity with Church of England structures is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Co‑coordinate training pathways for Children, Youth & Families workers and Focal Ministers.
  • Support diocesan recruitment processes, ensuring Safer Recruitment standards are met.
