This exciting role involves providing administrative support to the Focal Ministry Officer, coordinating training pathways, and assisting with recruitment processes while ensuring compliance with Safer Recruitment standards. The position offers a salary of £27,066 per annum, flexible working arrangements, and enrolment into the Diocesan Pension Scheme. A strong background in administration and familiarity with Church of England structures is preferred.
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Focal Ministry, Recruitment & Training Administrator to join our team at Church House, Hove. This is an exciting opportunity to support Focal Ministry—a pioneering approach to church leadership that is central to our Diocesan Growth Strategy. You will also work closely with the HR team to deliver efficient recruitment and training administration across the diocese. This role is offered on a 4-year fixed term basis.
