Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in senior operations leadership across logistics, last-mile, or eCommerce.
• Strong command of operational cost drivers and ability to own CM3.
• Experience in planning and execution environments within a logistics setting.
• Proven track record of building SOPs and managing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of the Operational Plan, ensuring alignment with budgets and KPIs.
• Lead the departments responsible for the physical movement of goods.
• Manage one of the business's largest cost centres by optimising fleet costs.
• Act as the face of the Network at the Executive level, translating operational data.
