Overview

We are currently seeking a Partner Manager to join our Marketing Team. Reporting to the Head of Partner Management & Events, the purpose of this role is to provide integrated, consultative and commercially viable support to Williams’ partners in accordance with the Partner Management strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build robust, sustainable working professional relationships with Williams’ partners.
• Consult with partners and define business objectives on an ongoing basis as required.
• Devise activation programmes in conjunction with partners and consult with them on the use of all team assets.
• Work in conjunction with partners to ensure maximum return on investment in line with contractual obligations, whilst ensuring commercial benefit to Williams is achieved.
• Proactively engage with internal members of the Williams team including Executives, Race Team and Factory Staff to build a robust knowledge of the business.
• Administrate and deliver against these objectives.
