A leading motorsport organization is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor, driving the People Strategy and cultivating a high-performance culture. This role requires previous HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment and strong analytical skills. You will collaborate with managers to develop workforce strategies, enhance engagement, and ensure compliance with company values. The HR Business Partner is a strategic advisor to business-area leadership accountable for driving the Williams People Strategy and shaping an elite, high-performance culture aligned to our values & behaviours. Partnering closely with business-area leaders and the wider HR function, the HRBP translates business-area goals and challenges into customer-focused HR strategies and executable plans. The role works cross-functionally to deliver seamless execution of our People Plan and maximise impact in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
