Qualifications

• Good leadership and people management skills.

• Basic to intermediate IT proficiency.
• Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Kaizen, etc.) is preferred.
• Secondary School Education or Equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in related area of warehouse management.
• Experience in hands‑on supervision in warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of ERP business software system(s) required.
• Knowledge of shipping systems (DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, booking, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Perform physical Cycle Counts accurately and carry out stock investigations.
• Ensure all warehouse processes are performed accurately.
• Analyze existing processes and propose improvements.
• Provide coaching, on-the-job training, and performance feedback for team members.
• Monitor shipment activities and negotiate with shipping companies.
• Participate in ISO audit as required.
• Audit Health & Safety policies and keep records updated.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods through the facility. This includes supervising staff, managing workflows, coordinating inbound and outbound activities, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards and identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, booking, picking, packing, shipping, and returns (RMA). Enhancing productivity, accuracy, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform physical Cycle Counts accurately in line with the audit requirement. Carry out stock investigations and root-cause analysis for discrepancies.
• Ensure all warehouse processes are performed accurately and in line with customer requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of department processes. Analyze existing processes and propose improvements and new methods to enhance workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching, on-the-job training, and performance feedback for the team members.
• Monitor the shipment activities, identify the opportunity to negotiate with shipping companies and maintain the competitive rates.
• Tasks to support QA department and ISO Standards. Participate in ISO audit as required.
• Audit Health & Safety, enforce all Health & Safety policies and keep all records up to date.

• Knowledge of shipping systems (DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
