Our client is a successful business and part of the agricultural industry based in the Dunmow area, who are looking for a sales representative to join their dedicated team of professionals. Their focus is on delivering high-value products to their clients across the UK and Europe. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for leveraging the large database to conduct warm calls and engage with potential customers to identify leads. The main goal of this role is to progress business development through strategic sales initiatives. You should have a proven track record in sales, possess strong customer service skills, and be driven by targets to achieve your goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Main focus: Conduct warm calls to existing and potential clients from our extensive database.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives as established by management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about the make, models and products.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Target-driven with a self-motivated approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A full driving license is essential due to the location of the office.
