  • Be committed to delivering an engaging and memorable customer experience in your store and inspire your team to also.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships using in‑store CRM tools to support you and your team.
Collaborate to be commercial
  • Continuously demonstrate a commitment to driving your business.
  • Collaborate and build key relationships to accelerate store growth.
  • Demonstrate expert market awareness and the ability to use analysis to maximise trading opportunities.
  • Lead and deliver operational excellence showing respect and consideration for people, product and your environment.
