About the role
We`re looking for a People Data, Insights & Analytics Lead to take ownership of how we use people data across GreenSquareAccord.
This is a pivotal role where you`ll shape our people data strategy, improve data quality and governance, and turn complex data into clear, actionable insight that supports better decision-making at every level of the organisation.
You`ll be part of the Reward Team and be the subject-matter expert for people data, working closely with senior leaders, the People & Culture team and HR Systems colleagues to ensure our data is trusted, compliant and genuinely useful.
