A housing and services provider is seeking an individual to manage housing and business functions effectively. Responsibilities include delivering customer-focused services and managing housing provisions like void allocations and tenancy management. Ideal candidates should have relevant educational qualifications, experience in a social housing role, and strong organizational skills. A DBS check is required for this role, which offers a permanent contract and a salary of £18,918 for 28 hours a week.

Working hours: 28 Hours (4 Hours Blakley and Navjeevan House)
To undertake all housing and business management functions to an excellent standard, including the provision of a customer focused services and the efficient management of the housing provisions. Including Void & Allocations, Rent Accounts, Tenancy Management . At all times, provide a responsive and customer orientated service, having regard to the Associations policies and procedures and any relevant legislation.

A good general or technical education beyond GCSE e.g. 2 or more A Levels/NVQ3 or vocabulary, verbal reasoning and numerical skills to the equivalent ability level.
Experience of undertaking a social housing role.
Good organisational, time management & prioritisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines & to determine an appropriate course of action in spite of changing demands.
