We are looking for an experienced in-house Recruitment professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black, Cremo Grooming & Billie… just to name a few!).
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll own end to end recruitment cycle for roles across Europe and Oceania (corporate functions such as Sales, Marketing & Finance). This is a busy role. You will partner with HR and Hiring managers frequently, advising on recruitment method and strategy as well keeping roles moving forward at all times. You’ll be sourcing candidates directly via various methods and will ensure best in class candidate experience. This role supports cross regional teams so the ability to understand and adapt to different multiple times zones and regional process is vital.
