A global personal care company is seeking a DTC Manager for a 12-month contract role in London. This hybrid position requires a professional to develop and execute the Direct-to-Consumer strategy across Europe, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while meeting commercial goals. We’re looking for a talented professional to join our European organisation, working across all our brands and markets to elevate our DTC performance and experience.
As our DTC Manager, you will own and drive the DTC strategy across Europe, ensuring our platforms deliver an exceptional end‑to‑end customer experience while achieving strong commercial results. This role works cross‑functionally with eCommerce, Brand, Digital Content, IT, Supply Chain and market teams across Europe.
Please note this is 12 months contract role.
