In this Senior Specialist role within Edwards'Employer Branding and Talent Experience team, you will help define how we communicate with both current and future talent around the world, with a particular focus on Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Canada, and Latin America. Your work will span the full spectrum of employer brand and talent experience - from media campaigns and storytelling activations to recruiting events - so your contributions will directly influence how thousands of people experience life at Edwards.
This is a highly collaborative role that sits within a supportive, global Employer Brand and Talent Experience team. You will have the chance to explore innovative ideas, drive meaningful change, and grow your expertise in an environment that values creativity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
This is a remote role based in the UK. There may be occasional travel within the UK for team offsites and to other Edwards' office and manufacturing locations such as those within Europe or the Middle East as required.
