We’re Hiring: Growth & Channel Insights Lead
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: UK (Hybrid/Flexible)
Actuate Global is growing fast — and we’re looking for a Growth & Channel Insights Lead to become the operational engine of our marketing function.
This is a role for someone who thrives on execution, performance, and precision.
You’ll take strategy and creative ideas and turn them into high-performing, real-world campaigns across paid, email, web, and lifecycle channels — ensuring everything launches flawlessly, runs smoothly, and improves month after month.
The Opportunity
As our Growth & Channel Insights Lead, you will:
- Own the day-to-day delivery of all active marketing channels
- Drive performance improvements through testing, iteration and insight
- Ensure operational excellence across marketing tools, tracking and workflows
- This is not a “strategy-only” role — you are the person who makes marketing happen.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Performance (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)
- Plan, build and optimise paid campaigns across platforms
- Refresh creative and run structured testing to combat ad fatigue
- Maintain clean UTMs, naming conventions and tracking governance
- Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR and landing page conversion
- Make real-time optimisation decisions to reduce wasted spend
Website & Landing Pages
- Publish and update CTAs, forms, banners and content
- Ensure pages are conversion-ready, tracked correctly and QA’d properly
- Follow UX, accessibility and brand best practice
Campaign Rollout & Delivery
- Own campaigns from brief through to post-launch optimisation
- Coordinate across Creative, Strategy, Sales and Analytics
- Ensure no surprises, delays or broken execution
Marketing Operations & Tools
- Keep the marketing stack functional, organised and reliable
- Maintain audience lists, automations, CRM hygiene and workflows
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and improve systems over time
Performance Insight & Continuous Improvement
- Provide actionable insights on what’s working and what’s not
- Run structured post-campaign debriefs and learning logs
- Champion a test-and-learn culture across channels
Who We’re Looking For
You’re someone who brings:
- 3–5 years’ experience executing digital campaigns (paid, email, CRM, web)
- Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
- Confidence working with UTMs, tagging, automation and marketing tools
- Calm, proactive ownership of deadlines and delivery
- A mindset of continuous improvement and fast optimisation
