Assistant Headteacher

The Governors of Spring Hill Community Primary School are seeking to appoint a motivated, passionate, and caring Assistant Headteacher from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is ready to move to the next stage of their career and further develop their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Class‑based teacher based in Year 6 initially, with dedicated management time.
• Exemplary role model of classroom practice, working with other Senior Leaders to ensure high quality teaching and learning across the school.
• Lead a curriculum area; initially English across all three key stages.
• Play a key role in implementing the school curriculum, working closely with the curriculum lead and colleagues.
