We dedicate 2 hours every week to continued professional development. We finish earlier one day a week for focused training, so our staff can grow and develop in all aspects of their work. We are looking for a determined, hard-working and ambitious deputy headteacher, who believes in the transformational power of excellent teaching, and is passionate about getting the best possible outcomes for children, regardless of their circumstances or starting point. You will have a track record of school improvement, and have the ability and drive to promote excellent provision and outcomes for children the whole school community. You will be an outstanding teacher yourself, and understand that this is the most important characteristic of any senior leader. As a senior member of our Core Leadership Team, you will take an active role in the next chapter of our success story.
