Qualifications

  • Experienced Financial Services Professional with a strong understanding of FCA T&C.
  • Previous T&C experience, ideally within an IFA or wealth management environment.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and maintain the firm’s T&C framework.
  • Monitor T&C compliance and adviser competence.
  • Support adviser onboarding and supervision.
  • Provide guidance on T&C standards.
  • Maintain personal competence and strong risk awareness.
  • Ensure accurate, audit-ready record keeping.
