Job summary

A leading fibre broadband company is seeking a sales-oriented individual to drive sales of its solutions in Abingdon, England. The successful candidate will meet daily call targets and engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls. Strong communication skills and previous sales experience in a target-driven environment are essential. This role requires a willingness to work occasional late shifts and Saturdays, with a primary focus on sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Comfortable making numerous outbound and inbound calls daily.
  • Experience dealing with objections and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Willingness to work occasional late and Saturday shifts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Meet daily call targets and drive sales of fibre broadband solutions to prospective customers.
  • Engage in both inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries and handling objections.
  • Use product promotions and value propositions to close sales and achieve revenue goals.
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to campaign development.
  • Work primarily from the office while meeting required availability for late shift (11:00 am‑7:30 pm once a week) and occasional Saturday shift from home.
Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience in a target‑driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Comfortable making numerous outbound and inbound calls on a daily basis.
  • Experience dealing with objections and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Willingness to work occasional late shift and Saturday shift.
