Job summary

A technology solutions partner is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative in Birmingham. This role focuses on driving lead generation, converting marketing qualified leads into sales qualified leads, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a technical context, strong communication skills, and a knack for relationship building. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a B2B sales environment, ideally in Technology or MSP.
  • Experience in Account Management or Customer Success is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect Marketing-driven campaigns into SME/Enterprise customers.
  • Convert MQLs into SQLs through multi-touchpoint engagement.
  • Support Marketing-led events ensuring maximum attendance.
