Job summary

A dynamic technology company in Greater London is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to engage prospective customers and drive sales through innovative outreach strategies. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, possess strong organisational skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The role offers a base salary of £35-40K, uncapped OTE, equity, and a generous benefits package including enhanced parental leave and comprehensive medical insurance.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in SaaS/start-up.
  • Ability to manage sales pipeline and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve KPIs and targets.

Responsibilities

  • Research the market to identify and qualify prospective clients.
  • Engage new customers through outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Develop new customers by understanding their needs and booking meetings.
