Qualifications

• Experience in retail e-commerce and/or logistics is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of APIs and ability to test them.
• Experience with multiple European markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end onboarding of merchants and partners.
• Ensure high-quality standard for all integrations.
• Work with merchants to optimize product implementation.
• Lead discovery to identify technical requirements.
• Act as 'voice of the customer' in product design.
