The Role – Flagship Deputy Store Manager – London Brewer St
  • Bring the store’s cultural vision to life on the ground - leading with presence, passion, and purpose to ensure every interaction reflects the spirit of the space.
  • Translate creative strategy into daily rhythm - turning big ideas into seamless execution through clear planning, team alignment, and hands-on leadership.
  • Support the operational delivery of in-store activations - ensuring the team, space, and product are always ready to host moments that connect with community and culture.
  • Be the stitching that binds the store’s creative vision to its daily execution - ensuring consistency, flow, and attention to detail across every touchpoint
  • Mentor and elevate the team’s creative confidence - helping individuals grow not just in skill, but in voice, ownership, and cultural contribution.
  • Hold the space in the Store Manager’s absence - maintaining momentum, energy, and integrity across every touchpoint of the store experience.
