• Location: London (onsite in Shoreditch, London).
• Compensation: £70k - £90k with generous equity
• Role: Full-time or 4 days per week, with the remaining day as a clinician

What You’ll Be Doing

This role is the interface between Clinical Operations and our Doctor Workforce. You will work with the Clinical Operations Team to ensure safe delivery via audits and support doctors. You’ll provide feedback from audits and ownership of the doctor experience, and help develop training and accreditation pathways with the team.

• Audit the clinical work of our doctors to ensure high-quality decision-making, safety, and adherence to national/local guidelines.
• Own and create an industry-leading doctor experience with one-to-one performance management and feedback informed by audits.
• Organise and lead bi-weekly CPD sessions addressing learning needs identified through audits (case discussions, educational presentations, mock consultations with structured feedback).
• Develop training sessions for doctors during accreditation and induction at accreditation sites to support safe, consistent decision-making.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide clinical input for DoctorOS to improve safety, productivity, and user-centered design.

Your Career Path

We expect this role to grow with the company, expanding to broader clinical ownership of service delivery (e.g., Medical Director).

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience working as a General Practitioner in the UK
• Currently GMC-registered in good standing
• Willingness to work in an early-stage startup environment and contribute wherever needed
• Experience with EMIS or SystmOne and other primary care software
• Understanding of clinical governance, patient safety and quality improvement

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points):

• Experience in a clinical governance role for a telehealth provider or as a GP Trainer
• Experience creating or managing training pathways or workforce productivity
