A digital healthcare company is seeking a registered Clinical Advisor to provide expert clinical guidance through virtual consultations. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare registration, 2+ years of experience, and familiarity with telemedicine. You will be expected to manage high patient volumes while maintaining high care standards and adaptability to a fast-paced digital environment. We are looking to hire a registered Clinical Advisor (nurses, pharmacists, paramedics etc.) to provide expert clinical guidance to patients via our digital telehealth platform. You will have a high level of clinical ownership and accountability and will report to the Clinical Team Lead.

Deliver high-quality virtual consultations via live messaging and phone calls, providing evidence-based guidance for weight loss, hair loss, and erectile dysfunction treatments.
Apply clinical expertise to ensure patient safety while efficiently managing a high volume of consultations.
Maintain exceptional standards of patient care while meeting service level agreements and efficiency targets.
Balance efficiency with quality care across multiple patient interactions without compromising clinical standards.
Communicate with empathy to support patients through challenging treatment experiences.
Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and clinical protocols in a fast-paced digital environment. Able to work independently with strong self-management, prioritisation, and resilience in a demanding role.
