Job summary

A property management company based in Birmingham seeks an Accounts Payable professional. Your role will involve managing supplier accounts and processing payments while ensuring the highest quality of service. We seek someone with proven customer service experience and an AAT level 3 or similar qualification. Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service and/or property management environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile supplier accounts monthly according to policy.
  • Post invoices to the supplier ledger.
  • Prepare BACS files for payment.
  • Process leaseholder/tenant refunds.
  • Address supplier-related queries.
  • Manage various email inboxes.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
