It is a dynamic and vibrant team of eight, covering the full spectrum of HR activity. As they have embedded further within the business, so their contribution and success has grown, they now require an HR Business Partner to help support the ongoing activities and new projects within the business.
We are seeking a highly organised TA Assistant to join our HR team and provide support across our recruitment activities. The role is focused on ensuring a seamless candidate journey through strong administration and process management.
You will play a key role in candidate management – coordinating interviews, keeping applicants informed, and delivering an excellent candidate experience that reflects our firm’s values. You’ll help build and maintain talent pools to support future hiring needs.
You should be comfortable with systems ensuring our applicant tracking system and recruitment data are accurate, up to date, and compliant. By supporting both experienced hire and early careers recruitment, you’ll help us attract and retain the best talent while freeing up the wider TA team to focus on strategic priorities.
